Iron Buster Wheel & Paint Decon Remover is a colour changing, fast acting, pH balanced cleaner formulated to safely dissolve ferrous particulate from wheel and painted surfaces.
Iron Buster will safely and effectively remove embedded iron particulate along with other contaminants from wheels and painted surfaces. Once applied Iron Buster will change to a purple colour when iron particulates are present and then a rinse should be followed for a clean surface.
For paint - Wash and dry surface prior to product application for maximum effectiveness. Pre washing for wheels is not required. Once surface has been prepared spray a generous amount of Iron Buster to the paint and/or wheels. Allow product to dwell for 2 - 3 minutes. Do not alloy product to fully dry on surface. Rinse thoroughly with water using hose or pressure washer. Repeat process if necessary. For a full deep wheel cleanse follow with P&S Brake Buster.

I purchased this product (among others) to prep my 2008 Ford for a cut & polish in preparation for a Nano Coat. Probably overkill as a cut & polish would have sufficed although being pedantic, I wanted to remove everything and anything beforehand. I washed the vehicle first with P&S Pearl Auto Shampoo then used Iron Buster and hosed it off, I really noticed the difference in the surface of the paintwork and all the previous polish and every other contaminant was removed. It also removed years of baked-on brake dust from plastic wheel covers on our son's car. I had to go a bit sparing towards the end (only because I'd done son's wheels) but otherwise, one bottle would easily cover my vehicle. Great product, it really does what it claims to do. I didn't get photos this time, but I will on the next project.
